Report an Absence

For early dismissals, please communicate with your teacher through writing or email the morning of early dismissal. Students must be signed out at the vestibule and will be called down for dismissal.

For questions regarding your child's attendance, please contact the school.

 

Follow the instructions shown below to report your child's absence.

To report absence on mobile app: Click on the three lines at upper right then "Report Absence". Check which child is going to be absent. If you have more than one and all will be absent, click "All my students". If the absence is only for part of the day, uncheck the "will be absent from school All Day" and enter the time. Use "Reason" dropdown to select absence code. Enter why they will be absent in Notes. Absences without note will not be accepted by school. Click SUBMIT to complete.
To report your child's absence on web browser or computer log in to Parent Connect, then click on Report Absence. Check the box to the left of child's name to report their absence. Select the date(s). Select reason from dropdown. Enter why they will be absent in Notes section. Absences without note will not be accepted by the school. Click SUBMIT at the top to report the absence.
If your child will only be absent half of the day uncheck the "All Day" box. Fill in the date. Enter time they will be absent. If you need to see their schedule so you know what periods they will miss, click "Show Schedule". This is not available on mobile app. Enter why they will be absent in Notes section. Absences without a note will not be accepted. Click SUBMIT to report the absence.
